When Smart Doors entered the business in 1960 the equipment consisted of simple relays and solenoids that worked together to allow pneumatic or hydraulic machinery to pivot the door to the open position. Now words like microprocessor, microwave, pulsed infrared, shunt and output card have crept into our vocabulary. We are totally involved in this new technology.
If you are experienced you already know what can be expected of you. Allowing for a short period of time to absorb our way of doing things you should be able to hit the ground running.
As a new member of our staff you will receive an intensive training program. You will train with people that are highly skilled in the business. Their experience covers ten, fifteen and even twenty five years. Further schooling comes direct from our suppliers and manufacturers.
As a side note, positions could be open in Flagstaff and Tucson.
We all enjoy what we do. No two days are the same and we are challenged on a regular basis. Our customers include the prime retailers, hospitals, universities and manufacturing names in the state. We are proud of our customer base and the growth that we continue to experience. Most of our customers can be considered business friends. Some have been with us for 25 to 35 years.
